CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our guests and team, appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. By scheduling an appointment at Pyure Salon, you understand that if you fail to give the proper notice you are giving us permission to charge the full amount of your scheduled services. A credit card on file is required upon booking. All credit card information is encrypted.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our highest concern. Therefore, you may exchange any product, or receive a store credit for products only, within 30 days of the original purchase. Styling tools are final sale, warranty by manufacturer.

GRATUITY

Rates do not include gratuity. If you feel it is appropriate, gratuity is greatly appreciated. Gratuity cannot be added to bill. ATM location in salon for convenience.

GIFT CARDS

Gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, we are happy to transfer them.
