HOW IT WORKS
When a new employee graduates from our education program, they start as a Level 1 stylist and offer a cut and style for only $30. As they grow their craft and guest following, they move up to the higher levels—so in a way, our guests tell us through their bookings when a stylist is ready to level up. Moving up to new levels means they have proven themselves as a talented and passionate stylist committed to ongoing education and customer service
Our guests are free to follow their stylist up through promotions, or they can stay at the same price range with a new stylist. Either way, all of our guests know that our team members are the best of the best and vetted through a rigorous education program, so whether you are with a Level 1 or Level 12 stylist, you are going to be in good hands.
